This course follows the engineering sequence used to develop a utility-scale photovoltaic plant from the initial design basis through the grid-connection package.

Engineering scope

Participants work through DC field architecture, inverter selection, AC collection, transformer sizing, medium-voltage interfaces, protection principles, equipment schedules and the technical checks that influence CAPEX, OPEX and energy yield.

Practical case

A structured 5 MWp case study connects the calculations to real design decisions, documentation requirements, constructability and project risk.
